Tekscan Strideway - Animal Gait Solutions

Here at Cloudberry Lane what makes us different is our advanced technology. We pride ourselves on giving our clients all the information they need to make informed decisions about their animal’s health, and we do so by providing them with measurable data. Tekscan is a pressure sensing walkway system that measures the exact parameters of your animal’s gait whether they are as big as a horse or as small as a guinea pig. This technology gives us valuable insight into the spine’s ability to function as we progress through care. Each scan is available for our clients to take home for their own records or send to their veterinarian with the important information highlighted and explained. Wellvu Thermal Imaging

We are the only animal clinic of any kind in the USA to have both gait analysis and thermal imaging technology. This allows us to determine whether the cause is a pinched nerve, pulled muscle, or a joint issue. Often times, the original cause of discomfort is not the location of current symptoms due to years of overcompensation. This means pets under our care heal faster and with more predictability. Kinesiotape

Kinesiotape is a specially designed fabric tape that, when applied correctly, stimulates nerve function. As the hair underneath of the tape moves it increases nerve activity under the area of the tape to facilitate various outcomes such as pain relief, increased muscle strength or aid in neurological conditions. This is a complimentary service we offer to all our patients that we determine will benefit from it in conjunction with chiropractic care. The Doctors will also teach you how to apply it to your own animal and direct you to where you can purchase the tape. This tape is not meant to replace chiropractic therapy as it will not fix the root cause of any issue but when used in conjunction with chiropractic you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are doing the very best to help your animal heal and function at their most optimal level.
